Unless otherwise agreed by us, delivery of the goods in the UK (please contact us re non UK destinations) will be by TNT Next Day Delivery Service (any time between 8am – 6pm). This is normally 5-7 working days after payment is received. We will deliver the goods to the address which shall be the location set out in your online order, order confirmation or other contract or any other location as agreed in writing.

Delivery dates are estimates only. Time for delivery of the goods shall not be of the essence and if we indicate an anticipated delivery or performance date before an order is placed it is based on the workload and availability of materials, labour and equipment at that particular time. This can change by the time an order is placed.

You will be informed by us the day prior to delivery that your goods will be arriving and you need to make suitable arrangements to accept the goods.

If you fail to take or make arrangements to accept delivery of the goods or we are unable to deliver because of inadequate access or instructions and we incur additional costs from our carriers, these would be payable by you before the goods are dispatched again.
