Safeguard Security is a national company with over twelve years experience of helping schools, colleges and other educational establishments with their security issues. We have carried out over 100 installations of our product range in more than 60 schools and colleges nationwide. We were one of the first companies to offer a complete package of physical and electronic security measures.

Very rarely will either physical or electronic security be enough on its own. In terms of burglary prevention, the main weakness of physical security is that it can be compromised given enough time. Conversely, the main drawback with electronic security is that a rapid forced entry (e.g. by smashing glass) does not give enough time for anyone to respond.

With internal security measures such as controlling or restricting access to certain parts of the building, preventing internal theft and acts such as vandalism and personal assault; again, a combination of physical barriers and electronic security systems is usually necessary.

As well as manufacturing and installing our own range of retractable security grilles, we also install digital CCTV and access control equipment. We only use reliable, high quality equipment, which is supplied by leading suppliers. All equipment is unpacked from the box and bench tested prior to release; this eliminates supply of faulty equipment, however, should there be any problems, we offer full technical support. All equipment is covered by comprehensive manufacturers' warranties.

Our surveyors are ex-military personnel, who have worked with Special Forces (SAS) and Intelligence. With this expertise we are confident that we can provide you with a system to meet your security needs. All installations are carried out under the surveyor's guidance along with highly trained and professional installers, working with you to cause as little disruption as possible.
